1. Data Controller
The controller for the data collected through PlusReserva is Omegamaria LLC. For any request regarding the processing of your personal data, including the full registered office address and registration details, you can write to us at:
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data necessary to make the service work:
- Account data: first name, last name, nickname, email address, phone number, date of birth and gender (optional), preferred language. This data comes from your OmegaMaria ID, which you use to sign in to PlusReserva ("Sign in with OmegaMaria ID"): we never hold your password, which stays managed exclusively on omegamaria.com.
- Booking data: listings created or booked, dates, times, quantities, amounts, booking status (confirmed, cancelled, refunded).
- Payment data: we never store your credit card details. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe; we only keep technical transaction identifiers (e.g. payment ID, refund ID) needed for support and accounting.
- Data for listing publishers: if you connect a method to receive payments (Stripe Connect), Stripe directly collects the information needed to verify your identity under anti-money-laundering regulations; we only store the connection status, not your documents.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information automatically collected in server logs for security purposes.
3. Why we process your data
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): to create and manage your account, process bookings and payments.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR): to comply with tax and accounting obligations related to transactions.
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): to prevent fraud and ensure the security of the platform.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.
4. Who we share data with
We only share data with service providers strictly necessary to run PlusReserva, who process the data as our data processors:
- Stripe (payment processing and identity verification for payment recipients);
- Email service provider (sending transactional emails such as booking confirmations).
- OmegaMaria ID (omegamaria.com): this is the source of your account data (see section 2) and receives from PlusReserva only a technical identifier to recognize you on later logins, not your booking data.
We do not share data with advertisers, data brokers or profiling services.
5. Data transfers outside the European Union
Some of our providers (such as Stripe) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In these cases, we ensure the transfer complies with the GDPR, through standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or equivalent adequacy mechanisms.
6. How long we retain data
We retain your account data for as long as it remains active. Data related to transactions and billing is kept for the period required by applicable tax and accounting regulations, even after account closure. You can request deletion of data not subject to retention obligations at any time.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
PlusReserva only uses technical cookies strictly necessary for the site to work (login session, protection against forged forms) and a preference saved locally in your browser to remember your chosen light/dark theme. We do not use profiling, advertising or third-party tracking cookies, so your consent is not required for the use we make of them.
8. Data security
We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: access happens through your OmegaMaria ID, so your password is never in our possession; communications with the site always take place over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and payment data never passes through our servers.
9. Your rights
As a data subject, the GDPR grants you the following rights over your personal data:
- Right of access: know what data we process about you.
- Right to rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to erasure: request the removal of your data, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Right to restriction: request that processing be restricted in specific circumstances.
- Right to data portability: receive your data in a structured, transferable format.
- Right to object: object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Italy, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).

10. Minors
PlusReserva is not intended for people under 18 years of age, as the service involves handling payments. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy over time, for example following regulatory changes or new service features. The last update date is shown at the top of the page; we encourage you to check it periodically.
